Very welcoming staffs, provided you directions and even follow you to the tents. Even made any problems a top priority to solve for example my airbed was keep deflating over the weekend and provided a new bed. Secondly, we had bad weather for a whole day they even made sure all route was accessible by putting down matts for cars to get access. Thirdly, staff made sure the clubhouse and showers facilities was spotless and neat, constantly cleaned every hour or two. This was my first visit from United Kingdom. Would come again.
