We had a brilliant stay with you. One of us had never camped before and the pre made tents with electricity alongside the facilities made it all very easy. All of the staff were brilliant and worked none stop, this didn't go amiss. A massive shout out to the employee that saw us walking along the road with our bags on Friday and gave us a lift to the site - thank-you! The toilets and showers were kept clean throughout the course of the weekend and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was positive across the entire weekend. The welcome beer after a day of travelling was appreciated too!
A Weekend to Remember—Thanks to Ash at IntentsGP
My friends and I had an unforgettable time at the Belgium F1 Grand Prix in July 2025, and while the racing was absolutely thrilling, what truly made the weekend special happened off the track.
We stayed at the IntentsGP campsite, which was great in itself—but what really stood out was the incredible kindness we experienced from one of the staff members, Ash, who ran the catering.
After the final race on Sunday, we were exhausted but happy, ready to pack up and head to our hotel to rest before the next leg of our trip. That’s when things took a turn. We couldn’t get a taxi, Uber, or bus—nothing. We tried for hours. As the evening dragged on and the campsite emptied out, it started sinking in: we might be stuck.
That’s when Ash stepped in.
We had asked a few people if they knew of any transport options, and Ash overheard. Without hesitation, he offered to drive us to our hotel—30 minutes away. Just like that. No fuss, no conditions—just genuine kindness.
During the drive, we chatted about the race, travel, and life. Ash was warm, down-to-earth, and someone who clearly just enjoys helping people. When we arrived and tried to offer him something for his trouble, he simply smiled and said no. He wasn’t doing it for a reward—he was just being a decent human being.
That ride wasn’t just a lift; it turned a stressful situation into a moment of real connection and gratitude. Thanks to Ash, we made it safely to our hotel and were able to continue our travels through Belgium and the Netherlands without a hitch.
Ash didn’t just help us out—he reminded us of the good that still exists in people. His kindness left a mark on all of us, and because of him, we’ll absolutely be booking with IntentsGP again.
I genuinely hope his team and company know what a gem they have in him. People like Ash are rare, and they’re the reason people return—not just for the service, but for the humanity behind it.
Thank you again, Ash. You didn’t just get us to a hotel—you made our weekend something we’ll talk about for years.
We do not charge per person but we now offer the facility of adding a fifth person to this tent to give you more flexibility. Whilst this is a more cost effective option than choosing two glamping tents, you should be aware this will reduce the room in your tent so that your table and chairs will have to remain outside your tent.
We define "children" as being under the age of 16. If the fifth person in the tent is a child under the age of 16, contact us for a special price.
Don't forget to select the correct number of occupants for your tent.
